Theresa Herzog’s Journey as a coach began in 1991 when it was still called Human Resource Development and addressing the needs of developing communities, non-profit organisation staff, and other companies and sought training and coaching in various fields. After venturing into executive coaching in 2007, the term "Life Coach" only became a reality for her only from 2010 onwards, when more and more women in my immediate circle began changing their nine-to-five careers for something more flexible. 

Many factors got in the way of pursuing this line of work, and she put it on the proverbial back burner for an indefinite time, choosing to focus more on writing and photography. However, after a series of life-changing event, I finally found the time and serenity to re-visit that elusive dream. 

Today's job market gives very little credit for life experience and instead looks first for the diplomas and certifications before even considering previous experience. Theresa had the opposite case, possessing the experience but not the certifications, so it was time to turn the tables around and catch up. 

As a certified Master Life Coach, Empowerment Coach and Career Coach, Theresa can finally share the transformative FrogSpirit with you.

Embracing Transitions

  • Improved emotional awareness and initial management of transition-related triggers.

DESCRIPTION

In weeks 1 to 4, you'll learn to understand and accept life's changes, employing art therapy, mindfulness, and reflection to gently address your emotions and begin crafting a vision for your next life stage.

MODULE TWO

Foundations of Self-Discovery

OUTCOME

  • A clearer understanding of personal strengths, interests, and potential new directions.

DESCRIPTION

During weeks 5 to 8, you'll delve into deep self-exploration to rediscover who you are beyond your previous roles and responsibilities, setting the stage for growth and personal development.

MODULE THREE

Cultivating Courage and Connections

OUTCOME

  • Increased social confidence and readiness to engage with new communities or groups.

DESCRIPTION

In weeks 9 to 12, focus on building the courage to step out into new social settings and connect with others. Learn to express yourself and your newfound interests confidently.

MODULE FOUR

Action and Achievement

OUTCOME

  • Practical experience and initial successes in pursuing personal passions and goals.

DESCRIPTION

The final weeks, 13 to 16, are about turning insights and plans into action. You will start meaningful projects or activities, applying all the tools and confidence you've gained to make visible progress towards a fulfilling future.
